A 23-year-old local man sustained a broken jaw after he was allegedly assaulted near Clarice Toy Shop in Tenby's Upper Frog Street during the early hours of Sunday morning. The incident is said to have occurred at approximately 12.15 am. The victim's jaw was broken in two places and as a result he required surgery at Morriston Hospital, Swansea, to plate the jaw. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact PC644 Colley at the town's police station on 842303.
