A male person from the Tenby area was arrested by police in Saundersfoot on Friday night on suspicion of a section four public order offence.
The man was later charged and bailed to appear before magistrates sitting in Tenby next Tuesday.
Police are also investigating after a payphone was stolen from the Indian Restaurant, Warren Street, Tenby.
The phone was stolen sometime during the early hours of Sunday morning.
