A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated Section 5 public order offence in Clunderwen on Saturday.
He was subsequently charged with that offence and a further Section 4A public order offence and was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday).
