In celebration of National Customer Service Week, Pembrokeshire County Council recently ran a competition to find the Unsung Heroes amongst its own employees. Staff were asked to nominate those people who they felt provided exceptional customer service. Jenny Price, the manager of Narberth Swimming Pool, felt that all her staff deserved to be nominated. In her nomination, she describes them as "a great team who make a wonderful atmosphere at Narberth pool and it is a treat to come to work." Jenny used this opportunity to express her thanks to her team and to tell them how much she appreciates their support. The team were presented with their certificates by county council cabinet member, Clr. David Wildman.
