An exciting production returns to Tenby's De Valence, on Wednesday, May 7, at 8 pm, bringing together the best of the West End musicals and the nostalgia of the Music Hall. Charlwood Productions have written and produced 'Magical Musical Music Hall' especially for the De Valence, with the show featuring three exceptional singers and a highly-talented pianist. David has been producing shows and performing across Pembrokeshire and on the professional circuit for many years, having appeared at the Torch Theatre as part of the Torch Theatre Company and with many of the local opera companies. Rachel graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire, was a founder member of the New D'Oyly Carte Opera Company and has sung for the English Touring Opera in many different roles, before moving to Pembrokeshire in 2006. Pam has had lead roles over the years in both Haverfordwest and Milford Haven Operatic Societies and appeared with Peter Karrie at the De Valence in May 2006 and recently in the run of the Hired Man at the Torch Theatre. Jill has been the accompanist for Tenby Male Voice Choir for a number of years and is looking forward to appearing at the De Valence again. The first half of the show consists of extracts from many a West End musical, including Kiss Me Kate, Oklahoma, Les Miserable and My Fair Lady. After the interval, the audience will be taken back in time to the hey day of the Music Hall featuring classic songs and flamboyant costumes and culminating in a good old-fashioned sing-along for all to enjoy. An evening of fun, laughter and music not to be missed! Tickets £6. Doors open 7.30 pm, show commences 8 pm.
