The awards were presented at the committee's annual general meeting and lunch at Lamphey Hall Hotel.
All the ladies joined Macmillan in 1995 and, in the words of Dilys Hanmer MBE, founder member of the committee, "have been a tremendous help and support to Macmillan fund-raising over the years."
She added: "We urgently need volunteers of their calibre to help continue our work."
