The latest Lonely Planet travel guide for Wales has been released.
Over 60 Pembrokeshire businesses are featured in the fifth edition of the destination guide which was launched earlier this month.
Whilst highlighting the stunning beaches, valuable heritage sites and breathtaking views that Pembrokeshire has to offer, the edition also recommends a number of accommodation providers, dining facilities and attractions available in the county.
Maudie Hughes, chief executive of Pembrokeshire Tourism, is delighted with the coverage Pembrokeshire businesses have received in the travel book.
"The Lonely Planet guides are well respected and full of great information. The latest edition for Wales features recommendations for a number of Pembrokeshire Tourism members, which is excellent news, and a welcome boost to them, and indeed the area as a whole."
Those named as the best places to eat in Pembrokeshire include Llys Meddyg, Cwtch, Stackpole Inn, The Shed and The Refectory at St. Davids Cathedral. Whilst Crug Glas, The Grove, King Street Rooms, Tregenna Bed and Breakfast and Hill Fort Tipis are recognised as the best places to stay.
St. Davids Cathedral, Pembroke Castle, Oriel Y Parc and Castell Henllys are some of the key sights featured in the latest edition.
The Lonely Planet Travel Guide is now available to buy in hard and electronic copies.
