The Port of Milford Haven will soon be holding its annual consultative meeting and is inviting local residents, businesses, users of the Milford Haven Waterway and anyone who is connected to or affected by the port, to attend. Following feedback from previous year's events regarding timing, the meeting is scheduled to take place after normal working hours, at 6 pm on Friday, May 30, at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel, Pembroke Dock. Mark Andrews, corporate affairs director for the Port of Milford Haven, said: "Our annual meeting is a great opportunity for us to provide an update on the port's performance over the past year and to share with the local community, our exciting ideas moving forward. It's really important to us that people provide feedback and help shape the future for the port." The port's chairman, Peter Jones, who was appointed in July 2013, will lead the meeting. He will be joined by members of the port's board and the senior management team who will be present to answer questions.
