Members of Llawhaden YFC rugby team took part in the recent County YFC rugby sevens tournament held at Haverfordwest RFC. In the pool stages, Llawhaden were drawn against Keyston, Llysyfran and South Pembs.
Winning all three games saw them through to a final against a strong Tiers Cross team. The final was an excellent game of rugby sevens, with Llawhaden eventually winning 37-0.
They will now travel to the Royal Welsh Show to represent Pembrokeshire in the Wales YFC rugby finals which is held in the cattle ring every evening of the show.
Llawhaden YFC were also pleased on the evening to be wearing a new kit, kindly sponsored by Mason Bros.
