The Tenby and District Lions were very pleased to welcome Father Christmas to their Grotto in Tenby Market on two weekends in December. He had many requests from children and promised to do his best to bring them what they wanted.

For the adults there was the chance to win a prize in their Christmas Draw. There were over 20 exciting prizes, many of which were donated by local businesses.

The winner of the first prize which was a beautiful flower arrangement by Carol Wilton was Alison Williams.

On Boxing Day the Lions were on the North Beach distributing hot soup to the cold swimmers as they came out of the chilly sea.

Donations from the Grotto and the Swim totalled over £650 and will be used to help those in need in the local community.
