Pictured is Lily Rice, who recently took part in the International Para-Swimming Rio Selection Meet in Glasgow.

At only 12-years-old, Lily was one of the youngest swimmers, competing against the world’s best, including the likes of Stephanie Millward, Ellie Simmonds, Bethany Firth and Hannah Russel, as well as teams from China, Australia, Italy, to name a few.

Lily thoroughly enjoyed the experience and achieved personal best times in all her races. She is looking forward to getting reclassified and working towards achieving her dream of Tokyo 2020.
