Sir,

Wouldn't it be lovely to hear Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. all sing together in Tenby?

Wishful thinking, I fear, as not only could it cost you £1,000 a ticket, but the cream of Las Vegas have all passed on.

The nearest you will ever get - and it's only £16 a throw - is by going to Tenby's De Valence Pavilion a week today (Friday, March 13) to see a glossy show called the Rat Pack, in which Frank, Dean and Sammy are re-created in fine style.

They've picked up a lot of praise for looking and sounding like the real thing. And they're joined by a band and 'Nancy Sinatra', too.

The De Valence Pavilion charity is on a success drive at the moment, with more and more supporters attending its shows and telling their friends. And why not? We all know we get so much more from live performances than listening or watching at home.

Why not make the De Valence Pavilion a regular habit? Make it go from strength to strength - and help it to book the stars you want to see in the future.

M. Stacey,

Crackwell Street,

Tenby.
