Like their first team counterparts, the Narberth second string are enjoying a successful season in the newly formed West Wales Premier League.
On Saturday, they travelled the short distance to play Carmarthen Athletic and returned home with a hard-earned, but thrilling win under their belts.
Indeed, the match proved a real nail-biter, with Narberth finally snatching victory in dramatic fashion as centre Daniel Griffiths crossed for a last minute try, converted by outside-half Richard Morris, to leave the Carmarthen side somewhat shellshocked.
Earlier, Narberth's other 12 points had come from tries by fullback Wayne Jones and scrum-half Gary Nicholas, with outside-half Morris successfully converting one of them.
In reply, Carmarthen, who appeared to be in control for much of the match, scored tries through flanker Matthew Thomas and centre Wayne Jones, with fullback Rhys Jones converting one of them and also landing a penalty goal.
