Kilgetty’s new play park has been hailed a resounding success!
The new facility was discussed at the recent meeting of Kilgetty and Begelly Community Council.
A report to members said that it was great to see so many children playing there.
Issues that needed addressing however, related to rubbish being left, and road safety accessing the facility.
County councillor for the ward Cllr Alistair Cameron commented: “As we know, the new play park is a great success and is being well used.
“Several residents have expressed concern however, about the road safety of children going to the play park, included from New Road, Begelly and James Park, Kilgetty.
“The County Council’s road safety team have been asked to review the safety issues,” he added.
