Kingsmoor Common - the wood chip from the removal of scrub wood is available to residents and can be collected on Fridays between 11 am and 12 noon, please ring 01834 811742 and Thursday between 11.15 am-12.30 pm - please ring 01834 813218. There will be a charge of 25p per bag and £5 for a trailer load. To date, £78.30 has been received and this money will be used to purchase spring and summer flowers for the villages.
Clr. Trevor Andrews, who represents Kilgetty ward, has been elected chairman for the new term, 2006 -2007.
Clr. Mrs. Diane Lockley, who represents Begelly ward, has been elected vice chairman.
The council are pleased with the work carried out by county workers at the Begelly playground. Brambles have been removed and the surrounding hedge has been cut back.
Tenders are to be obtained to carry out trenching for the services/utilities on the newly acquired land behind the green fence.
Dog bags can be collected from the TIC office at the Community Centre.

The Certificate of Achievement is awarded to any individual or group of people who residents think should be nominated for their good deeds, or volunteering their time and effort for the good of the community.
