Members were pleased to welcome the Kilgetty Group Scout leader, who informed them of the continual problems with vandalism at their Scout Hut. She went on to say that air gun pellets had been fired at the front door, and over a long period, down pipes and waste pipes had been removed. Councillors found this very disturbing, especially when an air gun was being used, and a letter was to be sent to the police expressing their concerns.
Kingsmoor Common project was still ongoing; the council was still awaiting details from Pembrokeshire County Council. Letters of support for the community project would be sent to the MP, AM, county councillors and cabinet members.
Warning signs near Stepaside School were still waiting to be relocated, and the council have been asked by an official of the county council to report any accidents whether minor or near misses; you can ring or write to the clerk.
Dog owners who allow their dogs to foul the streets and parks be warned: the council has been informed that new signs will be going up next year with a higher penalty of £1,000.
It was proposed that a website be set up for Kilgetty Begelly and surrounding community councils. Any historical information to add to the site would be welcome and can be sent to the clerk.

The following plans have received planning permission: Conservatory - Bangeston House, Old Welsh Road, Stepaside; Lounge extension - patio and side walkways to rear, Ashdown, Begelly.
Outline planning: One dwelling house - part of field at Castle Farm, Reynalton; One dwelling - plot at Rickety Barn, Reynalton.
Refusal of planning permission: Single residential dwelling - land adjacent 2 Shipping Cottage, Begelly.
