Children are welcome, can be seen and heard. The youngest member of Kings Christian Fellowship, Billy Lennon, attended his first meeting on Sunday. The delighted parents - Danny and Michelle - were happy for all to see our most recent addition. KCF are an all-age church and have an active programme for children which follows a time together with young and seniors of praise songs. One generation praising the name of God to another.

An excellent tribute was given by Dr. Thomas Odejide concerning the support of KCF for the Living Hope Hospital in Ile Ife, and for the service of one of our teenagers who is at present working there voluntary. Matt returns home at the end of May, and all were astounded at the work that he has been able to do in Nigeria during his gap year. Paul Dando and Phil Prosser have a number of common interests, but one thing they share in is that their fathers were also pastors. Phil's father ministered in Bridgend for many years and Paul's in Newport, Gwent.

Phil has donated to KCF his father's books. These - a pastor's study - are now on display in the Court House, and form an excellent reference library. It will enable all Bible students who may be under- resourced at home, to come, and in a peaceful surrounding, have full use of the library. It is another important step to ensure that we are people of the Word and Spirit. It will enable to raise the standard of Biblical speaking.

Phil, assistant pastor at KCF, spoke on Sunday on the subject of foundations. He asked relevant questions on what was our life built on? Reminded us of a clear word that was shared recently with the church again on foundations, and reminded all that Jesus Christ has to be the cornerstone.

This Sunday we welcome Joe Nagy, who is a pastor from Hungary, and is one of the link churches of KCF. Pastor Joe has received teams from KCF that have travelled out to Bekes.

The church gathers together as a whole every Sunday morning at the Queen's Hall at 10.30 am.
