Powells Cottage Holidays and Paul R. Davison Plumbing and Heating Solutions were the main sponsors for Julie Davison (an employee at Powells) who competed in the Race for Life at Scolton Manor on Sunday.
Said Julie: "It was a fabulous day and over 1,800 ladies took part in the race and were encouraged by many friends and family."
So far, Julie has collected over £200 and she would like to thank everyone for their support.
