Carew will be holding a special Jubilee carnival on Monday, June 3.
The procession will leave Sageston School at 3 pm for Carew Parish Recreation Ground, where the fancy dress entries will be judged and prizes awarded.
Prizes will be for best float; best dressed bicycle and rider; best dressed lady; best dressed man; best dressed couple and best walking group of three or more.
In the children's categories there will be prizes for best dressed boy and girl, under five; between six and 10 and 11 to 16 years.
There will also be prizes for best dressed couple under 10.
There will also be live music, a disco and a pig roast and a warm welcome is extended to al.
The carnival organisers are also interested to hear from anyone who could loan them the use of a vintage car for the Carnival Queen.
