A hat-trick from striker Jamie Morgan helped Saundersfoot Sports second side to an impressive win in this Division Four fixture against Neyland Seconds.

After last week's disappointing display away to Herbrandston, the home side came out of the blocks firing on all cylinders and were three up after 20 minutes.

Jamie Morgan grabbed the opener from close range after a scramble in the penalty box, while fullback Stuart Cope slotted home a penalty after Richard Rossiter was fouled inside the area.

A neat one-two between Morgan and Grant Hardy saw the youngster slot home the third, while Sports had a plethora of chances inside the opening half, enough to notch up a cricket score, but managed to convert only one more, with Morgan latching on to a cross from Cope to volley home.

After the break, the visitors did their best to slow the game down by trying to make the affair scrappy, but Sports got back on track with the goal of the game coming from left-back Paul 'Tiny' Thomas, who curled a 25-yard screamer into the far corner of the net.

Morgan grabbed his deserved hat-trick with minutes to go and centre back Nicky Allen was last to get in on the act with an effort from outside the box that was too hot for the Neyland keeper to handle to give Sports a 7-0 win.
