The wedding took place on July 4, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Burry Port, of Robert Jhoseph Mangano and Tina June Price.

The groom, a motor vehicle technician, is the son of the late Anna and Salvatore Mangano, of Ferryside, while the bride, a dental nurse, is the daughter of Rose Price and Chris Allen, of Lake Drive, New Hedges.

Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown with pearl and crystal detailing.

Bridesmaids Alena Williams (couple's friend), Sophie and Francesca Mangano (groom's nieces), while flower girl was Kassie Williams (groom's goddaughter). All wore blue strapless gowns.

Best man was Mario Mangano (grooms' brother), while the ring bearer was Joshua Allen (bride's brother).

Ushers were David Price, Robert Price, Gino Mangano and Leighton Williams.

Following the wedding ceremony, which was conducted by Father Thomas, accompanied by organist Stewart Treharne, a reception was held at Three Rivers Hotel in Ferryside.

The couple, who honeymooned in Italy, continue to make their home at Penrheol in Ferryside.
