A 42-year-old man was evacuated from Caldey Island on Tuesday afternoon after injuring his leg.
Tenby's inshore lifeboat took paramedics over to the monastic isle to stabilise the casualty, prior to the arrival of the air ambulance, which flew him to hospital for treatment.
