Paul Slack, of Penally, collected his second Ironman Wales medal when he crossed the finishing line in a time of 11:27:39. Paul said afterwards: "I really enjoyed this my second Ironman. Once again, the support throughout the course was amazing and made the months of early morning training all worthwhile. I would particularly like to thank Julie, Niamh and Keira for their support and encouragement. I hope that it gives others the incentive to get out and have a go! A big congratulations to all the local Ironmen on such a fantastic achievement. I'm already looking forward to next year!"
