In a report in last week's issue on the inquest into the death of Mr. Wynford Reynolds, who died after being struck by a car while crossing the road at Bethesda, a paragraph included written evidence from Mrs. Mary Smith, wife of the driver involved, which said that, as she was a nervous passenger her husband rarely drove above 45 mph when she was in the car.

The paragraph should have read that she was particularly nervous when driving through Bethesda as this was a notorious accident blackspot and her husband rarely drove above 45 mph along this stretch of road when she was in the car.
