The Inner Wheel Club of Narberth and Whitland held a charity luncheon on Sunday, March 29, at Whitland Bowls Club.

President Elaine Bradbury welcomed everyone with nearly 70 people attending. Those present included the Mayors of Narberth and Whitland, representatives from district and other Inner Wheel clubs, plus friends and relatives and of course Dr. Elizabeth.

Everyone enjoyed the carvery luncheon which was prepared by the bowls club, and following lunch, the raffle was held.

President Elaine Bradbury presented district chairman Katrin Rowlands and her husband with a special rose bush to commemorate their ruby wedding anniversary, and also thanked the bowls club for providing such a delicious lunch.

The money raised at the luncheon will be shared between Prostrate Cancer Research and Alzheimer's Research.
