Tenby Town Council have agreed to pass on a letter to the De Valence Trust from a local hotelier who was left unhappy following a recent event at the venue. Mr. Graham Fry, of the Royal Lion Hotel, recently wrote to the council voicing his concern as to the kind of entertainment that was being put on at the De Valence Pavilion and to how it was being run, pointing to one particular event that had caused noise disturbance. Following a further letter from Mr. Fry regarding the matter, which was brought before councillors at their meeting on Tuesday evening, members agreed to forward the correspondence to the De Valence Trust to deal with. "I think the Trust would gladly give a response to Mr. Fry's comments," said Clr. Nicky Lloyd.
