A planning inspector has upheld a decision by Pembrokeshire County Council not to grant permission for a holiday development in the south of the county.

The development - at Slothy Mill, Well Hill, Pembroke - proposed four self-contained holiday lodges and the use of a redundant cow shed for a ground floor children's playroom with first floor seasonal staff accommodation.

Mr. A. D. Poulter dismissed the appeal by Mr. Peter Parnell as he did not consider the location appropriate for such a development.
