Recently, pupils from Templeton, Narberth, Pennar and Lamphey junior schools, enjoyed an afternoon of coaching and matches organised by Joanne Roberts, Dragon Sports co-ordinator, and her team. This afternoon was part of the first round of 'Activate', the Welsh primary schools hockey competition. Each team played three games, with the results as follows: Templeton 6 Lamphey 1; Narberth 6 Pennar 1; Templeton 3 Pennar 0; Narberth 3 Lamphey 0; Templeton 1 Narberth 4; Lamphey 3 Pennar 3. Narberth and Templeton now go through to the next round to be held in Carmarthenshire next month and they are wished both well.
