Empty shop windows in Tenby may soon be filled with a touch of the town's history.

Clr. Mrs. Trisha Putwain told her fellow members at Tuesday night's meeting of the town council that she thought it was an excellent idea to put displays in premises that were currently empty.

The town clerk also said that he had been in contact with Mark Lewis, collections manager at Tenby Museum, who had expressed an interest in filling windows with some historical displays, while the Tenby and District Camera Club had also said they would be prepared to display their work.
