There is often something different happening at Hesed, and this Sunday was such an occasion.

Last week the Pastor, Rev. Peter Richmond, told everyone about an imaginary character called Robert and his problems, and this week everybody had a chance to say what advice they would give to him and to others in the church who were involved in the situation. This is a chance for people to share their experience and Bible knowledge.

Afterwards, Mick Quirk spoke about a man mentioned in the Bible, Simeon. As a result of his righteous life and prayers for his people he was promised that he would not die until he had seen the Messiah. He saw Jesus brought to the temple as a baby and held the child in his arms.

If you would like to know more about God and living His way, why not join us at the New Hedges Village Hall on Sundays at 10.30 am, or at 11.30 am for refreshments.

The hall is warm and comfortable with all necessary facilities and a large car park.

The building is suitable for disabled people, and everyone is welcome.

Bible study takes place on Tuesdays.
