Has the heatwave finally hit Tenby and Pembrokeshire - with temperatures set to soar over the weekend on the coast!
Temperatures are forecasted to reach 28°C on the Pembrokeshire coast going into the weekend,
It means some parts of Wales are set to experience their fourth heatwave of the year, although it will be cooler by the coast, then some parts of the country.
Today in Tenby (August 15) started off with patchy fog soon, that soon cleared leaving a fine day with lengthy periods of strong sunshine. Feeling very warm with just a light breeze for most. The Met Office states that the maximum temperature will be 28 °C.
It will remain warm and sunny this evening, staying dry overnight.
Saturday, may see a cloudier start to the day, but with sunny spells soon developing. It will be mainly sunny by the afternoon and turning very warm, with light winds. Maximum temperature 26 °C.
Sunday will see plenty of sunshine.
The outlook for the start of next week - is often dry, but with possible showers too, and even thunderstorms, mainly on Monday. It will remain warm, albeit breezy at times.
