Heatherton travelled to Carmarthen to play against Bro Myrddin.
Heatherton bowlers were surprised at the pace of the green and being two metres longer than their own indoor green, found themselves struggling to keep up with the home bowlers, who on their own are quite a strong side to beat.

Three rinks lost and one rink won, Llanelli winning overall by 36 shots.

T. Howells's rink all bowled well to win by six shots. The Llanelli bowlers were far too strong and experienced. All bowled well and on the day they ran out winners.
