You are invited to along to the workshop-style events in Pembrokeshire to be involved in the conversation on what well-being means for you and your community, to help with future planning. You can also find out more about the health board’s objectives and local health services at the events, held at:

• 2 pm, Monday, September 12 - Pembroke Town Hall, Pembroke.

• 6.30 pm Thursday, September 15 - Fishguard Town Hall, Fishguard.

Chair of Hywel Dda UHB, Bernardine Rees, said: “Welsh Government has introduced The Well-being of Future Generations Act to make sure that local public service providers tackle the challenges that we face together.

“We need to find out your views to make sure we give current and future generations a good quality of life and we need to think about the long term impact of the decisions we make now. All those who work together for the benefit of the public are affected by the Act and are working together to make sure we give current and future generations the best possible quality of life.”

You can also give your views by completing a survey, available here: http://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=146653035198 until September 30.

The events will also provide an opportunity to meet Hywel Dda Community Health Council (CHC) representatives to find out more about the role of the CHC and the support they offer patients in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
