Don’t turn a bad day into a bad week: If you have a high-calorie meal, don’t feel bad and continue comfort eating, because before you know it has developed into a bad week. A blow-out once a week will do you no harm.
Going out to dinner and having a starter, main and dessert with wine isn’t a ‘cheat meal’. It’s called ‘living’.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, but do get back on track the next day.
