The programme makers of Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off are looking for the next batch of bakers for the twelfth series, with applications now open.

Last year, Tenby mum Michelle Evans-Fecci was a contestant on the show and managed to make all the way until week five.

Michelle said she was thrilled to be selected to appear on the popular show, but feels she could have gone even further had she appreciated just how competitive the show was.
