The wedding took place recently at St. Julians Church, Tenby harbour, of Michael Bradley Davies and Fern Diana Lewis.

The groom, a teacher, is the son of Mr. Bradley Davies and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Davies, of Tenby, while the bride, a coxswain, is the daughter of Mr. Geoffrey Lewis, of Templeton, and Mrs. Gaynor Lewis, of Redberth.

Given away by her father, the bride, who arrived with her bridesmaids courtesy of the boat The Kairos from Saundersfoot, wore a Grecian inspired chiffon dress.

Bridesmaids Aine Griffiths (friend), Jessica Morgan (groom's niece) and Hari Truman (groom's second cousin), wore vibrant turquoise satin cocktail-length dresses and carried sunflower bouquets.

Best men were Harry Harris and Joel Jones (friends), while the ushers were Ellis Morgan (groom's nephew) and Billy Truman (groom's second cousin).

Following the ceremony, which was conducted by Rev. Andrew Davies, the unique setting of Tenby harbour provided the backdrop for the marquee reception, where guests were able to enjoy the music of a Caribbean steel duo in the afternoon and drinks and a barbecue followed by more music and dancing into the evening.

The couple, who will be honeymooning in the winter with a snowboarding trip to the French Alps, will be making their home in Tenby with their son Evan.
