A gigantic crane was used by the contractors working on the new Scout and Guide Hall in Warren Street, Tenby, on Monday, to lift in concrete planks for the second floor. As the photograph shows, construction of the ambitious £870,000 project to provide much- needed modern facilities for Scouts, Brownies and Guides on the ground floor, together with residential apartments above, continues to make progress. The building work is being undertaken by F. J. Chalcroft Construction Ltd., and site agent, Glenn Butt, said: "We are a little ahead of schedule and are on target for completion in June."
