Six-year-old Morgan Hayes attended the All Wales Truck and Transport Show with his parents and other members of his family to support a stand that was selling bows, keyrings, t-shirts and cakes to raise money for his Morgan’s Fight campaign, which needs to raise a target of £100,000 so that he can have treatment in America for a rare aggressive cancer called neuroblastoma.
Nearly all the trucks at the event were displaying their Morgan’s Fight bow with pride and parents and staff of Ysgol Llys Hywel managed to raise a fantastic £1,699.48.
A 12-hour spinathon was also held at Vision Fitness in Whitland, which Morgan also attended to thank his supporters.
There are many other events in the pipeline, and if anybody would like more information, they can follow Morgan’s Fight on Facebook, visit his Gofundme page or contact Ysgol Llys Hywel directly. T-shirts are available via Revelation in Narberth.
