The Griffon Choir recently held their annual general meeting in Redberth Lodge where choristers unanimously confirmed Dr. John Harrison as their new Director of Music.
Other officials elected and confirmed were: chairman - Dorothy Harris; treasurer - Judy McGilloway; minutes secretary - Mike Pedder; concert secretary - Margaret Brake; committee members - Carole Llewellyn, Margaret Bradney, Frank Morgan, Ray Cane; auditor - Peggy Main; press officer - Freda Davies; librarian - Anne Leaney; advertising - Margaret Bradney and Dawn Humphreys.
After useful discussion and decisions, Griffons tucked into a great supper, and anyone wishing to join in the singing and the fun should contact Mike Pedder on 01646 641540. Rehearsals resume in the Education Centre, Meyrick Street, Pembroke Dock, on Monday, May 10.
