After a hot June day holidaymaking, guests at the Giltar Hotel, Tenby, were ready to relax and be entertained.
The Griffon Choir, with Richard Stephens as its musical director, and Jasmine Thomas as accompanist, sang a wide variety of music from Quilter's 'Non nobis Domine' to 'Bridge over troubled water' and 'We'll gather lilacs', taking in the Welsh of 'Myfanwy' and an 'Irish Blessing' on the way.
In an interval, Dorothy Harris, Jan Ranoe and Carole Llewellyn, aided and abetted at the piano by Judy McGilloway, sang of the delights of being 'Sisters' before adding another activity to Tenby's amenities - advice on how to 'Keep young and beautiful'!
