Discerning holidaymakers are still flocking to Pembrokeshire and Griffons had the pleasure of singing to a delightful group of them from Huddersfield.
In the Giltar Hotel, Tenby, on October 7, rang out songs and hymns in English, Welsh and Swahili. It was a happy evening, with Judy McGilloway conducting and Jasmine Thomas at the piano, added to by an 'improving' chat from Ray Kane, which reduced audience and Griffons to tears of laughter.
Dorothy Harris, Jan Ranoe and Carole Llewellyn added to the entertainment when they encouraged their listeners to stay young and beautiful, as well as singing of the joys of being sisters.
