I refer to your recent issue of the Tenby Observer and in particular to 'Blast from the Past' on page 18, the content of which is accurate except for the name of one of the members, i.e. 'Glyn Gwyther' should read 'Glyn Griffiths', regretfully now deceased. This is no criticism of either you or the provider as several people over the years made similar mistakes with the surname, probably due to the fact that this maternal grandparents were Gwyther.
For what it is worth, this junior football team was started by Mr. Roscoe Howells originally to make up the minimum number of teams required and necessary to allow the setting-up of a Junior League in Pembrokeshire.
