The fundraisers from the Pembroke group, Keep It Local, have certainly done just that with a donation of £2,000 to local Pembroke Dock charity, Pembrokeshire Cancer Support.

Much hard work and organisation has gone into raising this money.

Jane Rogers, Jeanette Birch and Emma Hughes are no strangers to early morning car boot sales, bingo competitions, raffles and anything else that can raise money to help local people.

Lyn Neville, who is the charity co-ordinator for Pembrokeshire Cancer Support, was very pleased to accept this generous donation.

Lyn said: "This amazing donation will make a big difference to us as we are such a small charity, and will help us to maintain our services to local people with cancer."
