On Thursday, December 29, we were unfortunate to have a fire at our house in Saundersfoot. We would like to extend grateful thanks firstly to the fire crew who attended the fire. They were splendid in every way and we were too shocked at the time to thank them properly. Their prompt arrival brought home to us the importance of keeping a fire station in Tenby when every minute counts in these situations.

Secondly, we wish to thank everybody for their offers of help, especially Paul and Sue Jones, of Silverstrand, who arranged a place for us to stay. Thankfully we are all safe and well.
