Sir, On behalf of Tenby Inner Wheel Club, may I thank everyone who participated in Operation Christmas Child. Each year, we receive more and more shoe boxes filled with gifts for needy children abroad, who are the victims of war, poverty and disease. This year, a record 595 boxes were collected, which will be sent out to Russia to give joy to those deprived children. Grateful thanks go to: Tenby Infants School; Tenby Junior School; the Sixth Form at Greenhill School; St. Teilo's School; Manorbier School; St. Johns Sunday School; Tenby Guides; Kilgetty Scouts; Tenby and Saundersfoot IW Clubs; Soroptimists; the Ladies Section of Tenby Golf Club; the Nurses of Withybush Hospital; and the many, many friends and acquaintances of Inner Wheel members.
