Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff, London, Manchester and beyond, the UK is your oyster. And to help you on your way, the Pembs. Rail Travellers' Association has published a new set of guides, one for each station in Pembrokeshire. Each guide lists the times the trains leave your station, tells you where they go, and explains how to get the best fare deals.

These guides are available on the association's web site http://www.prta.org.uk">www.prta.org.uk under the 'Rail Guides' tab. You can print your own copy on two sides of a sheet of A4 paper and carry it with you.

In pilot studies, several town and community councils circulated earlier versions of these guides around their areas.

"We would encourage town and community councils, tourist information centres, chambers of trade and other local organisations to print copies and make them available," said a spokesperson.
