PICTURED is 16-year-old Ben Fletcher, who last week spent a week's work experience at the Observer.
Ben, of Mill Lane, Narberth, is currently studying for his A levels in English, Welsh, geography and history at Tenby's Greenhill School.
After completing his A levels, Ben is planning to take a gap year and hopes to travel to Russia, to gain some experience with a newspaper company there, before going on to study journalism at university.
Throughout his week at our offices, Ben was on hand to see all aspects of the 'paper's production and also assisted the reporters with a number of news stories.
