This follows on from Karen's brave dip in the Tenby Boxing Day Swim and a previous sponsored run also in aid of this worthy local cause.
The HOPE (Hyperbaric Oxygen Pembrokeshire Endeavour) Centre at Neyland opened in January 1986 following two hard years of fundraising by a group of local people with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) who desperately wanted to have the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy closer to home.
Early booking is highly recommended as there is sure to be a high demand once again for this popular event. The menu includes really appetising choices of starter, main course and sweet, including the main course choice of Pembrokeshire turkey, topside of beef, loin of pork, oven roasted salmon or a cider and lentil vegetable nut bake at the absolutely fantastic price of only £13.95 per hea.
Potential diners are urged to contact the New Overlander Restaurant direct on 01834 842868 to secure their place.
