Residents, staff and friends celebrated the Queen's Golden Jubilee with a weekend of sumptuous feasting, culminating in a 'street party' held in the specially erected marquee.
Tenby Brass Band provided suitably fitting music of grandiose quality and Theresa, Cassy and Saskia provided entertainment with some disco dancing which bridged the gap of 50 years!
Chef Tom excelled even his usual magnificent menus which read like dreams and tasted even better.
For the Golden Jubilee lunch the residents enjoyed roasted topside of English beef, with 18 carat jewelled vegetables and duchess potatoes, served with a slice of coronet pudding, crowned with horse radish sauce, roasted King Edwards and gravy.
For dessert there was a choice of white chocolate profiteroles with fresh raspberry and liqueur cream or melon and pineapple with mandarins or English cheeses.
Everyone at Park House Court would like to express their thanks to the Friends Committee, Tenby Brass Band, the Disco Girls and, of course, chef Tom Connell and the Parker brothers.
