On Saturday, June 19, from 10.30 am to 12 noon, there will be a presentation by Chris Ebsworth, managing director of Folly Farm, for the Chartered Management Institute and Women in Management.
How do you become the most successful farm attraction in Wales? What are the management skills and resources needed to run a year round premier visitor attraction featuring exotic animals/ fairground attractions/ restaurant/ theatre and more?
Chris will walk and talk us through many aspects of this prize winning business concern that started as a family dairy farm and is now a well-known venue for major events.
This is the first Saturday morning event for the West Wales branch of the CMI and you do not need to be a member to take part.
This event, as with all the presentations on our calendar, is free of charge and provides for the West Wales business community to share and learn from each other.
Go along and enjoy a brilliant networking opportunity and an opportunity to gain insight into the management of this major tourist attraction.
Booking is essential. Contact Hilary Harvey on 814567 or email hilary @hh2912.freeserve .co.uk. Bookings will be confirmed from w/c June 7 with details of entrance pass.
